DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:RECRUITMENT, PLACEMENT AND HIRINGa.Assist the HRM in implementing recruitment activities on regular basis to build a strong Talent pipeline/pooling for the operations.b.Assist the HRM in conducting analysis and evaluation of implemented recruitment programs to identify its success and opportunities for improvement.c.Performs pre-screening of candidates to undergo the selection process:•Resume / CV screening•Initial Interview from HRM •Endorsement for Departmental / Divisions for final Interview•Medical Drug Test •Endorsement for Requirement completiond.Prepares documentation of candidates who have been in the process of selection and placement process.e.Assist the HRM in submitting the monthly update report on recruitment and placement. f.Verify existence of vacant position in accordance with manpower plang.Filter resumes including sourcing candidates online and identify qualified candidatesh.Job posting and Job fairi.Interview Schedulingj.Conduct Preliminary interview when neededk.Conduct Back ground Check•Gathering all employee requirements•Updating Master data FileTIMEKEEPING AND COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS•Assist and Check the Biometrics and DTR's to Payroll Officer every payroll.•Enrol the Newly Hired to Biometrics.•Maintain Employee records like (Attendance, Leave Form, Sick Leave data and etc.) according to Policy and Legal requirements.•Monitoring the records of the employees like (Absences and Lates).•Prepare the STATUTORY REPORT BENEFITS.•Extract the Biometrics every cut off (15th and 30th of the Month)•Assist the Payroll Officer for encoding the Loan Benefit when neededEMPLOYEE RELATION•Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and Systems.•Developing and Implementing policies on issues like working conditions, performance management, equal opportunities, disciplinary procedures and absence management; dealing with grievances and implementing disciplinary procedures;•Report to HR Manager regarding the management of disciplinary and grievance issues•Assist the HR Manager in bridging the management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT•Prepares documentation of employees for training •Assist the HRM in organizing and conducting pre-orientation for newly hires.a.Company Profileb.Principal Profilec.Job Descriptions and Expectationsd.Company Policies and Code of Conducte.Corporate Values•Coordinates the Operation Managers (OM) and/or Sales Supervisors or any department heads on the endorsement of a new hire for hands- on- training, and or other related activities.•Assist the HRM in conducting validation –evaluation of training period to employees through feedback system from time to time.•Promoting an open knowledge- sharing environment that builds knowledge, skills and service for the benefit of the organization as a whole.•Assist the HRM to administer the Performance Evaluation for Regular, and Probationary Based EmployeesADMINISTRATIVE•Requesting Monthly Load Allowance every 4th of the Month to Bravehearts approved by the President/ CEO•Maintain daily updating of RASTA (COOP)•Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of Human capital•Develop and implement HR Strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy •Perform routine clerical work such as filling, typing, sorting of inter- office documentations reports, as well as outgoing and incoming correspondences•Conducts regular and updating 201 file of employees•Weekly Template Reports regarding Resignation, Transfer, Terminations, AWOL and New Hires•Prepare memos as neededPERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT•Assist the HRM in preparing the documentations to facilitate quarterly evaluation of employees•Coordinates with the Departmental heads of the evaluation schedule of employees•Assist the HRM in tracking and monitoring the performance of probationary employeesRECOGNITION AND REWARDS•Assist the HRM in creating and developing rewards that may help to boost employee's motivation commitment to perform based on required productivity standard.EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT•Assist the CEO/ HRM / OM / DSS for orientation of employees' duties and responsibilities.•Assist the HRM in cascading of the company policies, rules and regularizations and code of discipline of the organizations to the employees•Coordinates with various departments with regards to the issues and concerns as raised by employees•Assist the HRM in developing and implementing programs, that will build a high level of discipline and engagement among employees•Assist in managing HR policies and Employee life Cycle.
