Job Title: HR Assistant Work Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Sydney Time (6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila Time) with 1 hour unpaid lunch break. Ensure a diverse and skilled workforce that aligns with company values. ? Success Metrics: ? Time to fill positions. ? Quality of hire. ? Candidate satisfaction rate. 2. Employee Relations and Engagement ? Foster positive working relationships among employees. ? Resolve conflicts as they arise. ? Implement strategies to boost employee morale, motivation, and retention. ? Success Metrics: ? Employee satisfaction and engagement scores. ? Employee retention rate. ? Resolution time for conflicts. 3. Onboarding, Record Management, and Compliance ? Assist with new employee onboarding processes. ? Prepare documentation and coordinate orientation sessions. ? Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files, training records, and performance evaluations. ? Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. ? Success Metrics: ? Accuracy and completeness of employee records. ? Compliance audit results. ? Onboarding completion rate and new hire feedback. 4. Systems/Processes ? Document all processes related to tasks as SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and ensure they are regularly updated. ? Success Metrics: ? Number of documented and updated SOPs. ? Process adherence rate. Pain Points Addressed by the Role 1. Documentation Management: ? Ensure accurate and organized filing of documents, including resumes, contracts, and performance evaluations. 2. Communication: ? Maintain effective communication channels with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and updates. ? Handle inquiries promptly and professionally. 3. Onboarding Support: ? Assist in the onboarding process for new hires by preparing paperwork, scheduling orientations, and coordinating training sessions. 4. Task Coordination: ? Support HR team members by coordinating meetings, managing calendars, and handling administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency. 5. Training Coordination: ? Create training programs, schedule sessions, coordinate resources, and track attendance to support employee development initiatives. Requirements Software Used ? Google Workspace ? Helpwise ?
