Hr Assistant

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Human resources or related course (essential).- at least 2 years of experience as an HR assistant or any related role in Manufaturing industry (essential).- Assists HR Officer in the recruitment process- has good communication skills- has experience in handling timekeeping tabulation- familiarity with basic Ph Labor Laws- Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding- liase to different government benefits offices.- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.- Has keen attention to details and understands confidentiality- Preferably a resident within Mexico, Pampanga or nearby area- Salary offer P16,000 monthly and still negotiable prior to professional experience- Onsite work set up- Can immediately start
