Hr Assistant

- Bachelor's degree in Psychology/ Human resources or related course (essential).
- at least 2 years of experience as an HR assistant or any related role in Manufaturing industry (essential).
- Assists HR Officer in the recruitment process
- has good communication skills
- has experience in handling timekeeping tabulation
- familiarity with basic Ph Labor Laws
- Addressing employee questions or concerns related to HR policies during onboarding
- liase to different government benefits offices.
- Support all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.
- Has keen attention to details and understands confidentiality
- Preferably a resident within Mexico, Pampanga or nearby area
- Salary offer P16,000 monthly and still negotiable prior to professional experience
- Onsite work set up
