Key Responsibilities:
- Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport.
- Assisting with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties and provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Manager.
- Coordinate HR projects like meetings, training & surveys and take minutes.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Preparation of employee contracts and letters of offer.
- Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases; tracking vacation, sick, and personal time.
- Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets.
- Documents human resources actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Collate timesheet from production and administrative staff and translate into respective computations for release of payroll and assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data like absences, bonus and leaves.
- Propose new rules and regulations in accordance to the nature of the business and its employees and implement rules and regulations with strict compliance and guidance.
- Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns; advising managers on training and coaching.
Qualifications:
- End to end payroll processing and HR assistance experience.
- Strong team work skills and interpersonal skills.
- Numerical ability and data entry skills.
- Preferable to have experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources management, organizational development/change management, process improvement, compensation.
- A college graduate of a four-year course from a reputable school, a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business or Organizational Development is an advantage.
- End to end payroll processing and HR assistance experience
**Salary**: Php14,820.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Valenzuela City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
