Hr Assistant

Job Responsibilities:•Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.•Monitor and maintain accurate timekeeping records for all employees.•Assist in the reconciliation of time and attendance data for payroll processing.•Maintain accurate digital and electronic records of employees and other HR files•Administer and ensure compliance of government-mandated benefits programs, including, SSS, HDMF, and PhilHealth.•Assist in training & development initiatives.•Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, compensation and benefits; resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner.•Promote HR employee engagement programs, assist in development and implementation of Company Policies.•Undertake tasks around performance management and assist in employee performance reviews•Assist in the preparation and distribution of inter-office and disciplinary memorandums.•Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Ensure policies are communicated effectively to employees.Qualifications:•Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.•At least 1-2 years of experience in an HR role with focus on recruitment, compensation and benefits, and timekeeping.•Strong organizational and time management skills.•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).•High attention to detail and accuracy.•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information•Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously•Preferably residing in the South (Las Piñas, Muntinlupa, Laguna, Cavite, etc)
