HR/Executive Assistant

Job Descriptions
- Assisting with day to day operations of Human Resource
- Attend to various concerns of the employees
- Monitoring and updating HR related documents
- Perform other duties may be assigned from time to time.
- Read and analyse incoming memos, submissions, and reports in order to determine their significance and plan their distribution.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees and boards of directors.
- Performs other duties as may be assigned.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Business Administration/Accounting or relative field.
- Hard working and willing to work overtime.
- **Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
