Oversees screening, selection and hiring activities on requirements of JIC and other affiliate-companies.Provide appraisal forms to employees on their 3rd and 5th month with the companyConducts exit interview to resigned employees (PTS/SUP and Staff employees only)Handles Time keeping and attendance for PTS and Staff employeesPrepares computation of Maternity & Sickness Benefits to be advance by the companyHandles follow-up of claims and reimbursement from SSSAssist superior in implementation of employee relation programProvides support to immediate superior in the design and development of training plans implementation of training programs.Performs other task that may assigned from time to time JOB REQUIREMENTS: Graduate of BS Psychology, Industrial Relations or any related courseMinimum 2 years of experience in HR Skills: Computer literateExcellent Oral and Written Communication SkillAttention to detailsWilling to work/render overtime during payroll
