Hr Assistant

-Oversees screening, selection and hiring activities on requirements of JIC and other affiliate-companies.
-Provide appraisal forms to employees on their 3rd and 5th month with the company
-Conducts exit interview to resigned employees (PTS/SUP and Staff employees only)
-Handles Time keeping and attendance for PTS and Staff employees
-Prepares computation of Maternity & Sickness Benefits to be advance by the company
-Handles follow-up of claims and reimbursement from SSS
-Assist superior in implementation of employee relation program
-Provides support to immediate superior in the design and development of training plans implementation of training programs.
-Performs other task that may assigned from time to time

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Graduate of BS Psychology, Industrial Relations or any related course
-Minimum 2 years of experience in HR

-Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skill
-Attention to details
-Willing to work/render overtime during payroll
