A.
General

1.
Oversees the administration and implementation of the compensation program of the company for the Productive Groups based on policies/guidelines and procedures.
2.
Responsible for managing and maintaining the Human Resource Information System and general employees' 201 file

3.
Provides various management information reports by gathering, organizing, consolidating, and analyzing data necessary for the reportorial requirements of the management, or as required.
1.
HRIS

(a)Management of HR Info System

(i) Ensures the integrity/accuracy of employee's personal and employment data both in the HR Information System and 201 records

(ii) Handles the position and organization management of the HR database system by storing in and updating position titles and organization in the Company.
(iii) Responds to stakeholders inquiries concerning manpower data, leave credits, and department's information system.
(iv)Recommends improvements and assists in the automation of various HR processes.
(v) Updates iTime System on employee's eligibility on leave benefits particularly on Other Leave, such as Solo-Parent, Obtaining License; Paternity Leave; and Maternity Leave

(vi)Coordinates with Payroll and Timekeeping and IT department on the year end leave balances of all employees.
(b) Records Management (General Employees)

(i) Maintains the 201 records of all general active employees and separated one by filing all documents pertinent to employment in the Company.
(ii) Keeps/Maintain the 201 record up to date and in sync to the HR employee database

(iii) Assists in the internal/external audit process.
(c) Reportorial Requirements

(i)Prepares, organizes, consolidates, and analyzes data required by the management to support specific management decisions.
(ii)Prepares HR updates for quarterly board meeting.
(iii)Submits a timely and accurate report following all requirements by MacroAsia, and Government Institutions such as, but not limited to, Department of Labor, PEZA, POEA, et(c)

(iv)Provides monthly reports to the Management regarding Plantilla, Separation Data, Filed Resignation Data

(v)Provides various reports on manpower, and employee demographic data as requested by the Management.
(vi)Provides pertinent data as requested by the other HR units in support to their requirements.
2.
Compensation and Benefits

(a) Ensures that all Company benefits are systematically administered and implemented according to Company rules and schedules.
(b) Handles queries related to compensation, benefits, job evaluation, job descriptions, employee movements, employee allowances (rank and file positions)

(c) Conducts review and implements improvement of processes to facilitate processing of Company benefits.
(d) Provide reports on HR turn-around-time in the delivery of services to employees and recommends interventions to improve processes.
(f) Handles processing of allowance of MTP Trainees and their enrollment in the Group Life Insurance

(g) Ensures that updated soft copies of PhilHealth Member Data Records of all employees are regularly updated and readily available for employees

(h) Monitors renewal of Group Life Insurance and ensures enrollment of all employees.
3.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
(a) Employee Clearance

(i) Monitors and updates management on resignation/separation of employees.
(ii) Prepares and issues the Checklist of Accountabilities Form to resigning employee(s) and assists in the processing.
(iii) Coordinates with different clearing offices on the processing of clearance or accountabilities of the employee(s).
(iv)Prepares and issues the Release, Receipt, Waiver and Quitclaim form and Certificate of v. Employment and Clearance

(v) Coordinates with Legal department on issues / cases that needs legal advice

**Salary**: Php23,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- HRIS: 2 years (preferred)
