Broad Scope: •Recruitment•Billing•Employee Relations•ComplianceEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Recruitment:oCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.oReview resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.oConduct initial phone screens to assess candidate qualifications and interest in the role.oEnsure all candidate information is up-to-date and accurate.oAssist with job postings and recruitment marketing efforts.oProvide support to hiring supervisors throughout the interview process.oConduct reference checks and background checks on potential employees.oAssist with onboarding new employees.oParticipate in recruitment events and job fairs as needed.oKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.Billing:oManage billing processes related to recruitment services for the recruitment agency firm.oEnsure accurate invoicing and timely payment follow-ups.oMaintain detailed records of billing transactions and communications.Employee Relations:oAssist in addressing employee inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.oSupport the HR team in implementing employee engagement initiatives.oHelp maintain a positive work environment by assisting with conflict resolution and providing guidance on company policies.Compliance:oEnsure compliance with employment laws and regulations.oAssist with maintaining up-to-date employee records and documentation.oSupport the HR team in conducting audits and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
