Hr Assistant For Financing/14-16K/Makati

Responsibilities:Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executivesCompile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutesDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsAssist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.)Communicate with public services when necessaryProperly handle complaints and grievance proceduresCoordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviewsConduct initial orientation to newly hired employeesAssist our recruiters to source candidates and update our databasePrepare and post job advertisements on various job boardsAssist in organizing and managing new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programsMaintain employee files and records in electronic and paper formEnsure compliance with labor regulationsAssist with the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresSupport other assigned functionsRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related fieldExcellent organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle data with confidentialityGood problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize tasksStrong ethics and reliabilityCustomer service orientationProactive and self-motivated
