**Location**:San Fernando
- Prepares communication for any announcement, memorandum and even serving of disciplinary action/memo.
- Receives and review IR, evaluates explanation or written reply in the imposition of corresponding sanction.
- Assists with employee relation issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
- Monitors recorded violations of employees.
- Provides counselling.
**Person Specification**

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or in Human Resource Management
- At least 2 years of proven experience in HR/Admin, or relevant human resources/admin position
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Team oriented, dedicated, reliable, responsible and a team player
- Excellent time management & prioritization
- Knowledge of Philippine labor law/code is an advantage
