We are looking for a HR Assistant Compensation and Benefits to join our growing team.

Duties & Responsibilities;
Process, update, and report monthly mandatory government contributions and loans for SSS, Philhealth, and Pag-ibig of all employees.

Oversee and entertain employees concerns on government - related contributions.

Ensure timely and accurate calculation of employees government benefits contributions.

Handles

special cases/concerns pertaining to contribution and loan posting and other unusual cases of employment.QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource, or any business related course.

At least (1) year solid experience in the said position.

Good communications and analytical skills.
