Hr Assistant - Compensation And Benefits

Details of the offer

Handles the recruitment processes
- Maintain and update HR files management and databases
- Manage the labor relations processes
- Issuance of company memorandums.
- Reporting and monitoring of attendance & employee's Service Incentive Leave (SIL).
- Timekeeping and Payroll
- Creating benefits and loans reports and monitoring mandatory contributions and loan payments
- Assist with performance management and evaluation procedures.
- Complete termination paperwork and exit interviews.
- Assists and generates employee recognition and appreciation programs (quarterly and every end of the year)
- Ensuring employees safety, health and welfare
- Amenable to work in Canumay East, Valenzuela City

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
