JOB DESCRIPTION Manage payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of wages, bonuses, and deductions.Administer compensation and benefits programs, including handling HMO and employee benefits inquiries.Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.Provide HR support to different employees in the organization. QUALIFICATIONS College Degree in Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent.Two (2) years of work experience as an HR Assistant specializing in Compensation and Benefits or payrollFull understanding of HR functions and best practices.With experience handling company HMO is an advantage.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.Excellent organizational and time management skills.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
