Hr Assistant - Compensation And Benefits

Human Resource Assistants assist human resources managers or administrators.
They provide clerical and technical support in such areas as recruiting, hiring, compensation, and benefits.
These assistants gather information on employees' training, skills, wages, promotions, and general work history.
Duties include, assessing the budgetary impact of compensation decisions and providing oversight of compliance with regulations and labor laws.
With knowledge in processing, government mandated benefits:

Job Qualifications: Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Psychology or any related course.
