JOB SUMMARY AND KEY JOB RESULTS

The Personnel Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support on payroll processing and benefits.
Key job results include on-time and accurate summary of time reports and attendance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.
Verifies Daily Time Records of faculty members and prepares report on tardiness, overtime and under-time of non-academic employees.
2.
Ensures that biometrics device is working properly and has accurate time and date.
3.
Conducts spot-checking of employees attendance logbook.
4.
Computes and records balances of leave credits.
5.
Maintains files related to timekeeping.
6.
Ensures that attendance report for employees stored in the computer is saved/backed up.
7.
Verifies Phil-Health, SSS and Pag-IBIG claims of employees and faculty members.
8.
Maintains 201 files of Foundation employees.
9.
Ensures availability of HR Forms.
10.
Performs other related functions assigned by superiors.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification
- College Degree preferably AB/BS Psychology graduate

Experience
- At least 1 year experience in payroll preparation

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

License/Certification:

- PRC Registered Psychometrician License (required)
