Hr Assistant / Binan Laguna / Mon To Sat / On Site

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- Degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management or its equivalent
- Well organized with a high sense of urgency and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screenings
- Understanding and executing employment laws and regulations
- Experience in foreign nationals and working permit processing

KEY ROLES:
- Assist in developing and implementing effective HR policies, procedures, and regulations
- Handle HR-related investigations and strong employee relation policy
- Other HR / admin tasks as needed


LOCATION: Laguna Technopark Annex Binan Laguna
SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday (On site)
