QUALIFICATION:
- College degree in Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent
- 2 years of work experience as an HR Assistant specializing in Compensation and Benefits or payroll
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
- With experience handling company HMO is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Can collaborate with different employees in the organization
WORK LOCATION: San Juan (Head office)
SALARY RANGE: 18K-20K
