Position: HR TRAINING SUPERVISOR (Onsite, Caloocan and Laguna Plant)Salary to be discussed during interviewJob type: fulltime, onsite, direct hire and urgent Responsibilities• Collaborates with Department Heads to identify training needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals;• Develops customized learning solutions and ensures effective delivery;• Evaluates training effectiveness and modify programs accordingly.Qualifications• Required Bachelor Degree in Huma Resource or related course that can handle this job no to Marketing grad.
