Job Title: HR AND TRAINING MANAGER
Job Summary:
Handles and manages all HR facets
Assists the Top Management in policy-making and strategic planning by:
Contribute to the attainment of the company's goals and objectives by:
Meeting KPI targets
Managing and fulfilling assigned projects and tasks in a timely manner
Adhering to the reports required and abiding by company guidelines and core values

Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science or any related course
CHRP (Certified HR Professional), preferably with masteral units.
With at least five (5) years solid experience in Human Resources - Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll & Benefits Administration and Labor Relations


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
