Qualification:EDUCATIONEducation Graduate of Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Scienceor any related courseCertifications/Professional Licensure /Driver's License, etc.CHRP (Certified HR Professional), preferably with masteralunits.Experience With at least five (5) years solid experience in Human Resources -Personnel Management, Recruitment, Payroll & BenefitsAdministration and Labor RelationsResponsibilities:RECRUITMENT Strategically involves in recruitment and selectionprocess by:? Identifying staff vacancies? Improving and making the recruitmentprocess more streamlined? Initiating talent attraction strategies? Supervising and/or facilitating employeehiring and onboardingTIMEKEEPING AND BENEFITSOversees timekeeping and benefits management by:? Monitoring any discrepancies on the payrollsummary by the HR Assistant – Timekeepingand Benefits? Measuring the effectiveness of ourbenefits programs and recommendimprovementsOversees and manages employee punctuality andattendance by:? Monitoring and checking employeeattendance periodically.? Providing necessary corrective action andimprovement plans to any employee whowill violate any company rules on theComprehensive Attendance Policy (CAP).? Designing, developing, and recommendingtraining and developmental programs basedon both organizations and individual needs.? Reviewing and modifying existing TrainingPrograms and their effectiveness asnecessary, in order to adapt to the changesthat occur in the work environment.? Conducting training needs analysis (TNA) forimmediate and long-range plans ofOperations and Support groups.? Plotting Training Calendar for the year forboth support and operations team.? Managing the technologies and technicalpersonnel required to develop, manage anddeliver trainingDelivers, conducts and facilitates training by:? Overseeing the delivery of the NewEmployee Orientation Program (NEOP);? Conducting soft-skills and technical trainingsessions as well as orientation forManagers, Officers, and Supervisors? Selecting and managing resources, includingworking with both internal employees andtraining vendors to develop and delivertraining Monitors employee external and principal trainingby:? Safekeeping of employee attendance andcertificates on Principal training locally andabroadORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENTPerformance ManagementTracks and ensure timely employee evaluations by:? Monitoring timely execution of employeeevaluations (2 nd , 5 th , annual and TrainingAssessments)? Initiating annual employee performanceevaluations? Monitoring employee development andprogressCulture BuildingCulturally align each employee to the organization's
