Their roleinvolves designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies to enhanceemployee skills, performance, and overall effectiveness.Job Qualifications:• Graduate of BS Psychology, Training and Development, Education, or any relatedfield• Strong Instructional design skills• Excellent communication and presentation skills• Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms• Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.• Project Management skills for overseeing training initiatives from conception toimplementation.
