QUALIFICATIONS: -Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related field-Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HRD & Admin Manager -Preferably with strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations -Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills -Must be excellent in written and oral communication skills -Must be proficient in MS Office DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -Develops, communicates, and coordinates HRM policies and procedures at the office. -Administers the recruitment, selection and placement program. -Coordinates and maintains systems and procedures on recruitment, selection, placement, transfer, promotions, performance evaluation, separation, lay-offs, retirement, termination and salary and benefits administration. -Provides data required for the company's HR information system; ensures maintenance of personnel records. -Assists managers and supervisors in identifying and solving personnel problems. -Establishes and maintains sound management-labor programs. -Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
