Salary: 70,000 - 80,000

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
(A Master's degree in a relevant discipline is highly preferred.)
• At least 15 years of professional experience in human resources management and development, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership role.
(preferably within a multinational company)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HR and Administration Manager is responsible for managing the organization's human resources and administrative functions, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies and legal compliance.
This includes overseeing talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and risk management.
The role also involves handling administrative operations, ensuring efficient day-to-day activities.
Working closely with department heads and the executive team, the HR and Administration Manager ensures a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.
