**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

**_ADMINISTRATIVE: _**
- Maintains and keep files of all legal contracts and records.
- Responsible for all Admin.
processing (business permits, work permits, etc.)
**_RECRUITMENT, SELECTION & HIRING_**
- Prepares Job offer, Probationary and Regular Employment contracts.
- Facilitates offboarding employees.
- Updating and safekeeping of 201 files.
**_PAYROLL: _**
- Process company's payroll every pay period.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating and inputting data.
- Identifies, investigates and resolves discrepancies in time sheet and payroll records
- Answers staff questions about wages, deductions, attendance and time records.
**_EMPLOYEES WELFARE & BENEFITS: _**
- Facilitates all government related benefits (SSS, PAG-IBIG and PhilHealth).
**_Secondary: _**
- All other tasks that may be assigned by the General Manager.
**JOB QUALIFICATION**
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or BS Psychology graduate.
- With at least 5 years of work experience handling HR and Admin.
- Knowledgeable in Labor Code of the Philippines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organization and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain an employee's personal records.
- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources & Admin Supervisor: 5 years (required)
