Hr And Admin Supervisor

We are looking for a highly skilled HR and Admin Supervisor to join our team in Cavite City.
The successful candidate will have a background in Psychology, HR Management Development (HRMD), or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
You will assist the Director in managing HR and administrative functions, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and maintaining legal compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in managing HR and administrative operations.
- Oversee and manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
- Supervise employee relations, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on HR-related issues.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- A graduate of Psychology, HR Management Development (HRMD), or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with labor laws is an advantage.
Location: Cavite City
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Salary: Php 26,000.00 - Php 35,000.00 (Depending on experience)
