Hr And Admin Supervisor

Details of the offer

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, HR Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a supervisory role
• High level of flexibility, integrity, and trustworthiness
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of labor law (an advantage but not required)

Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Director in overseeing HR and administrative operations
• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, from hiring to onboarding
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements by monitoring and implementing statutory policies
