Manage documentation, prepare clearance for EOC, resign and terminated employeeCoordinate with COMPENBEN for the last pay computationPrepare and issue employment certificationEmployee relationsHandle employees grievancesPrepare Tardiness Memo, notice to explain (NTE), handle investigation, employee conference, notice of decision (NOD)Prepare internal memorandumComplies with DOLE reporting
Admin
Monitoring and replenishment of office suppliesCoordinate with vendor/supplies and prepare purchase orderHandles/assist in preparation of company eventsEnsure the cleanliness and proper functioning of office equipment and facilitiesAssist with permits, regulatory requirement and general administrative supportManage and handle the timekeeping and payroll of both head office and store personnel employeesPrepare governmental payment and reports
Requirements
With 2 years of relevant experience related to Human Resources and Administrative functionCandidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or ant related field.Proven experience in HR and Administrative roles.Knowledge of HR practices and compliance with labor laws.Proficient in Microsoft office.Strong Organizational and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.Attention to detailsAbility to work independentlyOnsite and willing to work in Rockwell Makati.
