JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the administration, implementation and maintenance of
personnel policies and procedures and for formulating personnel policies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Must be a Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HR, or any related field
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as an HRD & Admin Manager
- Must be willing to work for a Branded Appliance company in MAKATI
- Preferably with strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Must have strong attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and management skills
- Must be excellent in written and oral communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
