- Graduate of Human Resource or any business related course. - With extensive background in HR facets ( Recruitment, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relation, Employee Engagement, Payroll and Administrative task ) .- At least 3-4 years experience in the same role. - Can handle managerial task in HR and Admin role. - Must be willing to travel and assign in Bicol area- Excellent people management and communication skill.
