Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role: The Group Admin Manager executes his/her responsibilities by effectively managing personnel, staying informed about current market trends and opportunities, adhering to established performance standards, and maintaining a detailed awareness of company activities. Additionally, they evaluate and recommend technology solutions that align with the organization's needs.
Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: Group Admin Manager will oversee 3 departments:
Recruitment: Oversee sourcing, recruiting, and hiring processes to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the company's staffing needs. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and timelines. HR: Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace culture. Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and fair employee remuneration. Oversee performance management processes to align individual goals with company objectives. Handle employer-employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise in a fair and effective manner. General Administration: Manage facilities and office operations to ensure a safe, clean, and efficient working environment. Oversee office management tasks, including procurement of supplies, maintenance, and coordination of office services. Must-have Skills / Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in the HR and Admin field Proven experience in managing multiple departments, preferably in recruitment, HR, and administration. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to strategize and implement work plans effectively. Experience as an HR Head with minimal administrative experience is acceptable, provided the candidate is eager to learn. Must have strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and results oriented. Capable of working independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Dedicated, attentive, punctual, sincere, and proactive in work. Advantageous: HR Certification is a plus Job type: Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM On-call during weekends if necessary
