Functions: Organizational Development (OD),Manpower Planning & Training,Compensation & Benefits,Recruitment & Placement,Labor and Employee Relations,Safety & Security, and SafetyPlant Labor Relations and Personnel & Admin.Corporate Administration
Qualifications:• College graduate from a reputable school with a degree in Psychology or Behavioral Sciences, with an MBA or MA degree is a plus• Minimum of twenty (20) years' work experience in all aspects of HR functions in a senior executive capacity preferably gained from the manufacturing industry.• Expertise in Organizational Development (OD) and Recruitment is required.• Experience in a unionized plant set-up is preferred.• Knowledge of OD Interventions and Principles.• Knowledgeable in Labor Laws· Knowledge in Change management and transitions
