Hr And Admin Assistant

Details of the offer

Conducting new hire orientation
- Assisting with the preparation of employment contracts, notices, and documents.
- Filing documents into appropriate employee files
- Administering payroll, employee benefits (company and statutory)
- Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, building morale, and increasing productivity and retention
- Handling off-boarding and exit interview process
- Liaising with business leaders and functional leads to provide daily HR guidance
- Partnering with internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives, and events
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer

**What you bring to the table**
- 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
- Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities can shift quickly and responsibilities are broad
- A service excellence mindset is a must

- Working understanding of human resource principles, practices and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Availability to perform job duties outside of normal business hours when necessary
- Experienced in multidisciplinary project management

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Las Piñas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
