**Qualifications**:

- Male/Female
- Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource or equivalent
- Willing to learn and grow as an HR practitioner
- With or without experience
- Willing to be trained
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig City
- Preferably lives in Pasig, Rizal or nearby cities
- With "can do" and positive attitude

**Responsibilities**:

- Will do end to end recruitment(job posting, interview, on boarding and exit interview)
- Timekeeping of back office, sales personnel, manpower agency staff and security guards daily time record
- Conduct employee engagement activities such as company outing, programs and daily strategies
- Coordinating changes or reports from the third party organizations to the management
- Processing and releasing of payments to the suppliers, manpower services and service providers
- Purchasing and ordering of office, medical and cleaning supplies
- Answering phone calls and assisting of walk in clients
- Processing of annual business permits(Tax Order of Payment, fire, sanitary, cenro and etc.)
- Handling of CCTV footage for unlikely and important happenings

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
