**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development Management, it's equivalent or any related course.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Must have leadership skills, and analytical, and has basic problem-solving skills
- Expertise in preparation of labor-related notices and documents
- Must possess proficient English written and oral communication skills
- Keen attention to detail, resourceful, highly organized and can work with mínimal supervision
- experienced in labor and employee relations/compensation &benefits/recruitment
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR / Admin functions and duties
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Managers/Supervisors
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
- handles gov't mandated benefits
