Accounting Assistant Responsibilities: Maintaining a database, ensuring that records are complete and currentRecording information, processing and filing formsFacilitate collection schedule to clients and bank transactionsPreparing checks, deposits, check vouchers, telegraphic, SOA and other financial reportsKnowledgeable in government mandated contributions and on line filingFamiliar in BIR Forms, EWT, VAT, 2307, etcEnsuring Finance Department runs smoothly and efficientlyPrepare monthly report HR Assistant Responsibilities: Administer Permits and Annual Activities of the companyResponsible in Hiring ProcessAssist DTR and payroll processPrepare contracts, training needed and execute company orientationFacilitate the medical assistance, supplies, gas, RFID, OB forms, company vehicle PMS, booking and flights and visaPrepare and monitor letters, memos and utilitiesPrepare monthly report as needed
