What will you do in this role? Working under the Manila People Partnering Team, you will:
Provide support and advising to stakeholders in identifying, assessing and prioritising L&D activities for their respective teams. Support the team in the delivery of L&D programs and initiatives. Co-develop, roll out, and facilitate programs and activities in response to challenges of a business unit or a team. Perform administrative responsibilities in maintaining records, reports, and establishing business relationships with third party training delivery partners. What makes you the ideal candidate for this position? You will be ideal for this part if you have:
Two () years of proven experience as an L&D practitioner with exposure on program development and delivery. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Organizational and project management abilities. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. Developing knowledge on data analysis and/or data visualization using Excel or Power BI.
