About the Role We are seeking an HR Administrator specializing in Compensation and Benefits who will ensure the smooth administration of essential HR processes, including benefits management and payroll. You will address first-level employee inquiries related to attendance, mandatory benefits, Health Maintenance Organizations (HMO) concerns, and payroll, ensuring timely resolution and accurate information delivery. Additionally, you are responsible for resolving first-level inquiries related to employee benefits, loans, and healthcare plans, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of all tickets raised by employees. Key Responsibilities Address employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, attendance, document requests, and loans with urgency if needed, resolving them within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.Oversee HMO management to ensure compliance and efficiency in healthcare operations.Efficiently manage, guide, and resolve first-level tickets about SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG.Ensure smooth processing of payroll bank enrollments for new hires on or before the employee's first payroll.Maintain an up-to-date tracker of all HR supplier tickets, ensuring accurate documentation of status, resolution timelines, and outcomes.Assist in organizing and executing annual activities such as HMO Renewal, Annual Physical Exams, 13th-month pay, and Tax Annualization. Ideally, you have the following qualifications… At least 2–3 years of experience as an HR Administrator or a similar role.Familiarity with HR systems and ticketing tools (Freshdesk).Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits, including SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, and tax regulations.Strong written and verbal communication skills to manage inquiries and provide clear instructions to employees and clients.Capability to resolve employee concerns related to HMO, government benefits, timekeeping, and payroll issues promptly.
