AS TO ELIGIBILITIES, GACDC is ISO certified by International Standards Certifications Philippines, Inc. and was granted Triple A LICENSE by the PHIL. CONTRACTORS ACCREDITATION BOARD IN 1992.We are looking for a very dependable HR/ADMIN Officer who shall be responsible for managing personnel records, updating databases, and assisting in HR operations. He/She shall handle tasks such as creating company policies, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR-related reports. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Responsible in manpower sourcing and employment process, testing & deployment including orientation and training.2.Knowledgeable in Labor Manpower Contracts Management System.3.Monitor manpower loading (actual less scheduled).4.Responsible for overseeing the administrative functions of an organization.5.Reporting of continuous misconduct.6.Timekeeping and payroll preparation.REQUIREMENTS:1.The applicant must be a graduate of B.S. in Human Resources Management or equivalent.2.Must have at least 3 - 5 years of work experience in the related field is required;3.Must be computer literate (with knowledge in MS Word and Excel);4.Must have work experiences in construction undertakings;5.Willing to be assigned at the Batangas construction project; The company offers competitive salary to qualified applicants.
