Hr & Administrative Associate

Details of the offer

Location: Cubao, Quezon City
Work Setup: Hybrid Setup ( 12 days onsite)
Schedule: MidShift (11:00am to 8:00pm)

? Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, in any field preferred.
? At least 3 years of general human resource and administrative services experience required; particularly recruitment, compensation & benefits (including a good understanding of
government-mandated benefits)
? Familiarity with or relevant experience in travel management, purchasing, occupational health &
safety guidelines will be a plus
? Proficient in MS Office and ability to learn tech tools used by the Company
? Excellent verbal, written, communication, and negotiation skills are required
? Well organized, keen on details, respond to requests quickly, self-driven and results-oriented
? Experience in being a proactive team player who seeks out challenges and activities that promote the organization's growth is required
? Must be willing to work on mid-shift (e.g. 11 am - 8 pm), and open to some changes in the schedule according to business needs
