Required Experience:
-Bachelor's degree, preferably in Behavioral Science.
Postgraduate units would be an advantage.
-With at least 5 years of experience as an HR Manager.
-Well-versed in labor law and other government policies.
-With HR Training Certificates are highly preferred.
-Must be familiar with national and local statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, and other related norms that are formulated and are intended to protect the interest of both the company, the principal the local communities.

Job Summary
• The HR/Administration Manager is responsible for the alignment of the human resource strategies to the over-all business plans of the organization.
She/He also plans, develops and implements Human Resources programs and activities in the areas of Staffing and Manpower Planning, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Industrial/Employee Relations and Quality Records Management.
B.
Duties and Responsibilities
1.
Integrate Human Resources strategies into the organization's overall vision, mission and operational strategy
2.
Develop and/or review workplace "Best Practices" periodically.
3.
Establish and ensures the implementation of appropriate HR policies, systems and procedures.
4.
Develop, communicate and implement appropriate and relevant performance evaluation tools, methods and formats.
5.
Develop internal communication strategies and processes to keep projects, programs, and/or departments informed on critical issues, policies and procedures.
6.
Serve as change agent by proposing innovative changes through improved policies and procedures.
7.
Establish, implement and maintain a Human Resource Information System.
8.
Coordinates with all department/project sites as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of HR development, and to ensure they are fully informed of HR objectives, purposes and achievements.
9.
Take part in high level meetings of the company and formulating long term policies;
10.
Take active part in project planning activities;
11.
Report to top management on HR operational issues and recommended actions.
12.
Manage, develops, trains and mentors staff/direct reports for succession planning and provides constructive performance feedback and appraisals, and takes appropriate corrective action to address performance and conduct issues.
13.
Ensure tasks are appropriately delegated and completed by monitoring performance against predetermined standards and requirements and holding staff/direct reports accountable for meeting expectations.
14.
Strengthening and promoting a "DUTY OF CARE" mind-set.
15.
Comply with all quality, safety, health and environment requirements and observes all company policies and procedures.
16.
Perform other task that maybe assigned by the superior from time to time.
