Hr/ Admin Supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS: Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.At least 2 years of experience as HR/Admin Supervisor.With knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)With understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.With outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.With excellent English communication skill (written and verbal)With interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levelsWith problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.With strong ethics and reliability.Potential to handle a leadership role.Must be knowledgeable in processing permits from LGU agencies.With experience dealing with lawyers, recruitment agencies, prospective suppliers, Health care provider (HMO), Local gov't agenciesPreferably resident of Quezon City or surrounding areas or localitiesFamiliar with computers, systems, and connections.
