Hr & Admin Supervisor

Job Requirements:-
HR Related
? Assist Director to handle the operations of HR & Admin. including its day to
day activities;
Overall in-charge, performing and supervising full cycle recruiting process;Assist Director to prepare the employment related contracts, including, but
not limited to probationary contract, notice of end of contract, transfer of
assignment, and notice of termination;
Oversee and monitor manpower headcount and HRIS;Assist Director to ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing
applicable human resource statutory requirements. (Ex. DOLE, SSS, PAG-IBIG,
PHILHEALTH ETC.,); Attend to other HR & Admin. rom time to time;Report to HR & Admin. Director
Requirements:
Graduate of BS HRMD, or other business related course;Minimum 5 years experience in a supervisor role;Flexible, with high integrity, trustworthy;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;Background in labor law is an advantage;Able to handle and manage multi-companies, difficult to deal with individual,
and office politics;
Budget: Php 26,000 – Php 35,000 (Depends on experience)


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
