**SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**3. Inputs daily attendance4. Facilitates timekeeping then submits to Accounting for payroll purposes5. Conducts initial interview to applicants (admin position)6. Maintains 201 file of admin7. Updates employee admin monitoring database8. Prepares probationary contracts and personnel action memo form9. Prepares performance evaluation forms as required by the department head/s10. Updates organizational chart and employee directory11. Issues Certificate of Employment for different types of request12. Attends to employee verification request from other companies14. Issues disciplinary memo to erring employee15. Monitors and supervises attendance record of employees including absences and tardiness16. Requests monthly SOA/billings of pertinent utilities for easier facilitation of payment17. Ensures existing compliances with government agencies (SSS/PHIC/HDMF/DOLE) and maintains proper documentation18. Computes SSS Sickness and Maternity Benefits of guards, then submits to Accounting for checking and issuance of cheque19. Facilitates processing of SSS Sickness and Maternity reimbursement20. Assists employees in filing of SSS Sickness & Maternity, SSS & HDMF Loan, PHIC claim21. Certifies SSS loan online, PagIBIG MPL & Calamity Loan, PHIC claim form22. Attends to employee concerns on life/medical insurance in case of sickness, accident, death23. Participates in the planning, organizing and controlling departmental activities and in developing company goals, objectives and systems24. Attends DOLE SENA for possible settlement of labor disputes25. Meets with the complainant at DOLE/NLRC for actual settlement26. Prepares Joint Motion to Dismiss, Quitclaim and Waiver for NLRC settlement and requests cash necessary for money claims settlement27. Communicates with SSS/PHIC/HDMF/DOLE/NLRC as needed28. Prepares requirement for the filing of DOLE License renewal29. Prepares and submits the DOLE Contractors/Subcontractors semi-annual report30. Requests Clearance/Certification from SSS/PHIC//HDMF/DOLE/NLRC as needed31. Assists with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties32. Performs various administrative tasks and processes paperworks33. Attends administrative staff meeting and participates in the general management meeting34.
