Qualifications
• Must be a graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as HR/Admin Supervisor.
• With knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development)
• With understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
• With outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• With excellent English communication skill (written and verbal)
• With interpersonal skills to form effective working relationships with people at all levels
• With problem-solving and decision-making aptitude.
• With strong ethics and reliability.
• Potential to handle a leadership role.
• Must be knowledgeable in processing permits from LGU agencies.
• With experience dealing with lawyers, recruitment agencies, prospective suppliers, Health care provider (HMO), Local gov't agencies
• Preferably resident of Quezon City or surrounding areas or localities
• Familiar with computers, systems, and connections.
