**Job Summary**:

Responsible for the delivery of a full range of Administrative services.

More likely to implement policies than to create them.

Ensures adherence to company procedures.
**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1.
Implements all rules, regulations and policies of the company at the jobsite.
2.
Issues disciplinary action to personnel breaking the above.
3.
Disseminates new company policies.
4.
Recommends policies to management that might improve the existing ones.
5.
Responsible for the general order of all company controlled facilities and sites.
6.
Interviews applicants and check all requirements such as NBI clearance, Police Clearance, Barangay Clearance, SSS No.
TIN.
HDMF No.
and Certificate of employment.
7.
Familiarizes with the general conditions of the contract and the original scope of works.
8.
Coordinates with engineering and operations, helps prepares claims for change order/extra works and/or time extension if for any work variation.
9.
Keeps track all incoming and outgoing communication pertaining to all concerns of the project.
10.
Assist in drafting replies to incoming communications where and when it is necessary, and recommends appropriate action.
11.
Prepares request for payment for sub-con, supplier, electric bills, expatriate salaries, SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc.
12.
Files sickness notification and computation of approved SSS claims of employee incurred in accident or sickness incident.
13.
Submit information to HR all resigned/terminated employees to report to DOLE.
14.
Prepares incident and accident report and minutes of meeting
15.
Prepares reports of Daily & Weekly jobsite activities.
16.
Prepares monthly report (manpower report, journal/payroll entry)
17.
Prepares of Project Employment Contract and Supplemental Contract for terminated employees.
18.
Give constant feed back to the project manager on the developments and concerns of the project and the steps taken, if any.
19.
Provide administrative support on the manpower needs in the barracks and communicate and coordinate the same with HR department
Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.
