How you'll make an impact As an Onboarder, you will be responsible for onboarding onto the platform. You will evaluate submissions from a skills assessment tool to ensure every applicant meets the desired qualifications and competencies required for the role they are applying for. This role will require you to analyse candidates' responses, communication styles, and overall suitability for a specific role.
 
What you'll do Review at least 75 submissions per day and ensure there are 0 submissions over 2 business days old Assess candidates based on skills required for different roles using their comprehensive documentation Assign scores to candidates based on their performance in the video interviews Ensure high-quality applicants are updated on their platform Continuous Improvement:
? Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in video interview assessment.
? Suggest improvements to the assessment process and tools to enhance accuracy and efficiency. About you Critical Competencies  Ability to follow review instructions carefully and thoroughly Attention to detail An eagerness to learn and provide feedback on areas that need improvement Experience Previous experience working in a professional environment
