Hr/Admin Officer

Details of the offer

Qualifications:

- Knowledgeable in different facets of HR
- Has at least 3 years work experience in the field of Human Resource is required
- With good communication and coordination skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)
- Willing to work in Bagbaguin, Valenzuela on a compressed work week schedule (8am to 6:30pm, Monday to Friday)

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conducting pre-employment background checks on prospective employees
- Scheduling interviews for job applicants.
- Preparing job postings for vacancies.
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Compiling and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc)
- Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures
- Preparing new employee files
- Building productive, collaborative relationships with employees, and HR business partners.
- Maintaining employee files and the HR filing system
- Assist in Agency Recruitment
- Monitor inventory, request and distribute of supplies (Office Supplies, Cleaning Supplies, Medicine Supplies, Uniforms, etc.)
- Assist in issuance of Incidents Reports (IR)
- Assist HR Manager in DOLE Reports
- Any task that may assign from time to time
